For business want to use WhenWise

Concept:

• Resource

  A bookable business resource, such as Physio/Dentist in a clinic, Tennis Court, Tutor, Driving School Instructor, …, etc.

• Work hours

  Defines the time slots that are available for public booking.

• Services

Sign up

Click the “Partner with us” button on the top right.

Quickly fill

• business name
• business type
• email (business email)
• password

 

Activate by clicking the link in the email.

 

Enter email and password used to sign up. click “Sign In”.

 

Quick setup with Wizard

Here we are at “Quick Setup” page. Enter the business details requested as below:

 

Click “Continue” tab.

Resources

There are two types of resourses.

• Human

  examples: physiotherapist, dentist, driving instructor, tutor.

• Physical

  examples: Tennis court, Meeting room, Office for hire, Truck.

There is no real differences between them in WhenWise than optimsing displaying in WhenWise.

Please note that the pricing of WhenWise is based on the number of resources used in bookings.

Add New Resources details (here they are physios):

 

Click “Continue”.

Work Hours

The default business hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. click in the box to add “Sat” or/and “Sun”, or click on green tick for any weekday to mark not work on that day.

 

work hours can be adjusted after the quick setup is done.

Services

For physio practice, Services will be initial consultation, subsequent consultation, massage, etc.

 

For driving lessons, services could be 60 minutes driving lessons, 90 minutes lessons, 120 minutes lessons, 60 minutes night lessons, etc.

Click “Continue”.

Now it comes the last page of Quick Setup.

 

You can do further add/modify to your business setup from the left side menu.

On this page, there is a “View my Business as Client” button. Right click it to open link in a different browser (different session, such as Incognito Windown). there are a list businesses that are using WhenWise. However, the newly set up business is not shown, as it is not activated yet.

Enable public booking?

To activate the business booking for the public, click “Manage” icon on above image, and here comes “Edit Business” page. Click “On” to make the site live. The default for Access is “Public”. There is an option for “Members only” if it it ever needed.

 

The rest of the page can be filled in according to the needs or can be left as default.

After saving the page, all the information will be shown on the next “Manage” page. You can add new or edit existing information.
